Privacy notice
Your details, handled with care
This notice explains what Altura Homes does with the information you share on this website.
What we collect
When you send a request through one of our forms, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you add one, your message, a preferred viewing date if you choose one, and the apartment or development you asked about.
How we use it
We use these details only to answer your request, arrange viewings and send you the information you asked for, such as price lists and floor plans. We do not sell your details.
Saved apartments
Apartments you save with the heart button are stored in your own browser on this device. They are not sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes them.
Visitor statistics
We count visits with privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not identify you personally. This helps us understand which homes and pages people find useful.
How long we keep it
We keep your request only for as long as we need it to help you, including any purchase that follows. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them or have them deleted. Send us a message through our contact form and we will take care of it.
